This Privacy Policy applies to the Noizio mobile application (the "App") for Android, published on Google Play by Kyrylo Kovalin ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the App. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
Summary: Noizio does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
The Noizio app does not collect any personal data. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not gather analytics, usage data, device identifiers, location, or any personal information.
Any data the App creates — such as your saved sound mixes, volume settings, and app preferences — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is removed if you uninstall the App.
Noizio offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all sounds. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details. Payment information is handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play Privacy Policy.
The App does not include advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party SDKs that collect data. The only third party involved is Google Play, solely for processing purchases as described above.
The Noizio app is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
