Effective date: September 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Noizio applications (the "App") published by Kyrylo Kovalin ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the App: Noizio for Android, available on Google Play and the Amazon Appstore, and Noizio for Mac, available as Noizio and Noizio Lite on the Mac App Store and in Setapp. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
Summary: Noizio has no accounts and no ads. To improve the App and fix crashes, it collects usage statistics and crash reports through Google Firebase. This data is not linked to your name, email or any account. On Mac, you can turn usage analytics off in Settings.
The App automatically collects the following information.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, files, microphone audio, the names you give your mixes, or your advertising ID.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, the contents of your files, or the names of your audio devices.
We use this information only to understand how the App is used, to decide what to improve, and to find and fix crashes and bugs. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
On Android, your saved mixes, volume levels and app preferences are stored locally on your device only. They are not sent to us and are removed when you uninstall the App.
On Mac, your mixtures sync through your own iCloud account (iCloud Key-Value Storage). That data stays in your iCloud and is not sent to us.
Usage statistics and crash reports are kept by Google Firebase for a limited period according to Firebase's retention settings (for example, crash reports are kept for up to 90 days) and are then deleted. Usage analytics are kept according to the Firebase Analytics data retention setting.
On Android, you can stop all data collection at any time by uninstalling the App.
On Mac, usage analytics are on by default. You can turn them off at any time with the "Anonymous analytics" toggle in Settings; collection stops immediately. Crash reports follow the macOS-wide "Share Mac Analytics" diagnostics setting.
If you have a question about your data, contact us at the email below.
Our website noizioapp.com uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site.
If you join the waitlist for Noizio for Windows on noizioapp.com, we collect your email address, the time you signed up and gave consent, and basic context about the visit: your country (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider, Cloudflare), browser language, operating system, the page you first arrived on, and the website or campaign that referred you. Your IP address is not stored; to prevent abuse, a one-way hash of it is kept for up to one hour.
We use this only to send you a single email when Noizio for Windows launches and to understand interest in a Windows version. We will not send you any other emails, and we do not sell or share the list. It is stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account (see the Google Privacy Policy). We delete the list after the launch email has been sent, or if we decide not to release a Windows version. To be removed sooner, email us at kir@noizioapp.com.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
